The 81 Division of the Nigerian Military (NA), on Tuesday, absolved troopers of any involvement within the capturing of Finish SARS protesters on the Lekki Toll Gate in Lagos State on October 20.
Main Osoba Olaniyi, the Appearing Director of the Military Public Relations of the division, insisted that troopers didn’t shoot at Finish SARS protesters.
Olaniyi described claims of troopers capturing at Finish SARS protesters at Lekki Toll Gate as false.
A press release by the division’s spokesman maintained that the allegation was aimed toward inflicting anarchy within the nation.
He, nonetheless, confirmed the involvement of troopers in restoring order in Lagos following the declaration of curfew by Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

“Lastly, Headquarters 81 Division Nigerian Military reiterates Nigerian Military within the discharge of its constitutional tasks didn’t shoot at any civilian as there are obtrusive and convincing proof to attest to this reality.
